SMS / Text Messaging
When you opt in to receive SMS text messages from NMBA, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with aggregators and providers of the text messaging services, and only for the purpose of delivering those messages.
