Welcome to the National Mobile Beverage Association ("NMBA," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand operated by Dynamic Buzz LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nmba.pro (the "Site"), your NMBA membership, your event registrations, and our communications with you. By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Membership
Membership in NMBA is open to eligible mobile beverage operators and related businesses and individuals. Membership dues, benefits, and tiers are described at the point of purchase and on the Site. Membership is non-transferable. We may suspend or terminate a membership for violation of these Terms. Except where required by law or expressly stated, membership dues are non-refundable.
Events and Conferences
Event and conference registrations are subject to the pricing, terms, and any refund or cancellation policy presented at the point of registration. Member pricing and complimentary access, where offered, are limited to eligible members in good standing and are non-transferable.
Payments
All fees, including membership dues and event registrations, are processed through our third-party payment processor. Fees are described at the point of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for all charges incurred under your account.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program Name: NMBA Alerts. Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS text messages from NMBA, including membership updates and renewals, event and conference announcements and reminders, certification and educational program notifications, and occasional promotional offers related to NMBA membership and events.
- Opt-in: You opt in by submitting a form on nmba.pro with the SMS consent checkbox selected, or as otherwise clearly indicated at the point of sign-up. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and for messages you send to us.
- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS messages. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers and features may change, and we are not responsible for carrier-related limitations or delays.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the NMBA name, logo, text, graphics, and materials, are owned by or licensed to Dynamic Buzz LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NMBA and Dynamic Buzz LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.
Compliance
We conduct our messaging program in adherence with applicable laws and industry standards, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging principles and best practices.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
